Boxing
Since early childhood, martial arts have accompanied me—first judo and kendo, later boxing, dance, mountaineering, and strength training. Over the years, training in various clubs and countries has allowed me to continuously develop and learn from many different experienced coaches.
Boxing has helped me grow both physically and mentally.
In my training, I set the standard that everyone can make tangible progress. I work with you individually and support you step by step in improving both your technical skills and physical condition.
I look forward to passing on the experience I have gained over the years to you in a clear, practical, and hands-on way.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Children
I personally train in Wing Tsun and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—two martial arts styles that cultivate strength, clarity, and inner calm. This is exactly the experience I want to pass on to children. In kids’ BJJ, children develop courage, discipline, body awareness, and solution-oriented thinking. They learn to face challenges and become stronger step by step—both physically and mentally.
Some children even discover their competitive spirit. Others simply grow beyond themselves without the pressure of competition. Both paths are welcome; what matters is that every child makes progress and finds their own way.
As a mother and coach, it is important to me to truly see each child, to support and strengthen them—for greater self-confidence, respect, and joy in movement.
