Boxing is often referred to as the king’s discipline of fist fighting. The focus is clearly on striking with the fists, which makes it easier for many people to get started.

Boxing training challenges the entire body. Coordination, speed, reaction, and conditioning—all of these attributes are intensively trained in boxing, often more so than in many other sports. And the best part?

The boxing program at Artes Sports Academy clearly stands out from others. It is neither pure fitness boxing—where technical aspects are often neglected—nor typical competition boxing, which frequently comes at the expense of sustainable training methods.

We have developed programs that make learning easy for you, allowing you to learn boxing in a short amount of time. Within one month, you will notice visible progress—we guarantee it!
